PRODUCTS & ORDERS
-
Are CONART products limited edition?
Yes. Many CONART releases are produced in deliberately limited quantities. Where a product is identified as a limited edition, the edition size or available quantity is stated or described on the relevant product page. Once an edition is closed or sold out, it is not ordinarily restocked.
-
Are signed products genuinely signed?
Products expressly described as signed are sold on the basis that they bear the signature identified in the applicable product description. Any specific provenance, authentication documentation or certificate supplied with an item will be expressly identified on its product page. No separate certificate or third-party authentication should be assumed unless expressly stated.
-
Will the artwork look exactly like the images online?
We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately. However, photography, lighting, monitors and device settings may cause colors or appearance to vary slightly. Hand-printed, hand-finished or individually produced works may also contain minor variations. These characteristics form part of the nature of individually produced artwork and are not necessarily defects.
-
Are hand-finished pieces identical?
No. Hand-finished or individually embellished works may contain differences between individual pieces.
-
Does artwork come framed?
Only where the product description expressly states that a frame is included. Otherwise, artwork is supplied unframed.
-
What size is the artwork?
Dimensions are provided on the relevant product page. Customers should verify the dimensions before ordering.
-
What does an edition of 20, 60 or another quantity mean?
It indicates the stated edition size of that particular release. Unless a specific edition number is expressly identified and guaranteed as part of your purchase, CONART does not guarantee that a buyer will receive a particular individual number from the edition.
-
Will sold-out editions be reproduced?
Where a release is expressly identified as “No Reprints,” “No Restocks,” permanently limited or equivalent, CONART does not intend to reproduce the same edition once it has closed.

-
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
-
Does CONART offer free shipping?
CONART currently offers free standard shipping on products sold through the Site unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page or at checkout.
-
Does CONART ship internationally?
Yes, to destinations for which suitable shipping services are available, subject to carrier restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions, applicable law and other logistical limitations.
-
Which delivery company will be used?
CONART may use DHL International, DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, postal services or another appropriate carrier or logistics provider.
The carrier selected may depend upon destination, product value, size, insurance availability, service availability and other logistical considerations.
-
Can I choose the carrier?
Where alternative delivery options are expressly made available at checkout, you may select from those available options.
Otherwise, CONART reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier.
SHIPPING CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
-
Who handles problems that occur during shipping?
Once an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, matters relating directly to the carrier's transportation and delivery services — including tracking, transit delays, delivery attempts, delivery scheduling, customs handling and carrier operational issues — should, wherever legally permitted, be addressed directly with the carrier.
For example, if DHL is carrying your order, DHL should ordinarily be your first point of contact for a DHL tracking, transportation or delivery issue.
-
Does CONART handle courier or carrier claims?
Except where required by applicable law or where the carrier requires the sender to initiate a particular procedure, CONART does not ordinarily administer, investigate or determine claims arising from the independent carrier's transportation or delivery services.
Buyers should first use the carrier's tracking, customer-service and claims procedures.
CONART may, where reasonably necessary, provide shipment information or documentation that is available to us to assist with a legitimate carrier inquiry.
-
What if the carrier requires the sender to open the claim?
Certain carriers or shipment types may require the sender rather than the recipient to initiate an investigation or insurance claim.
Where this applies, please contact CONART after first contacting the carrier and obtaining any available case number or claim reference.
CONART may then assist with the carrier process where reasonably necessary.
-
Does this affect my legal consumer rights?
No.
Nothing in this FAQ excludes, limits or transfers a responsibility that applicable law does not permit CONART to exclude, limit or transfer.
In jurisdictions where mandatory consumer law places the risk of loss or damage during transportation on the seller until physical delivery to the consumer, those statutory rights remain fully applicable.
TRACKING
-
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available, shipment details will normally be provided after dispatch. -
Who should I contact about tracking?
Once tracking information has been issued, the applicable carrier should ordinarily be contacted directly regarding:-
Current shipment location
-
Estimated delivery date
-
Delivery attempts
-
Missed delivery
-
Collection points
-
Customs processing
-
Address-delivery questions
-
Carrier delays
CONART generally has access to the same or less tracking information than the carrier once the shipment is in the carrier's network.
-
DELIVERY TIMES
-
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary according to destination, carrier, shipping service, customs processing and circumstances outside CONART's reasonable control.
Any transit or delivery date provided by CONART or the carrier is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
-
Is CONART responsible for carrier delays?
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CONART is not responsible for delays caused exclusively by an independent shipping carrier, customs authority, governmental authority, weather event, transportation disruption or other event outside CONART's reasonable control.
This does not affect mandatory rights relating to delivery deadlines or cancellation that apply under applicable consumer law.
CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES
-
Does free shipping include customs duties, VAT or import tax?
No, unless expressly stated otherwise.
“Free shipping” means that CONART does not charge the customer the applicable standard outbound shipping charge. It does not automatically include:
-
Import VAT
-
Customs duties
-
Import taxes
-
Brokerage fees
-
Clearance fees
-
Government charges
-
Local taxes
The recipient is responsible for applicable import charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
-
Who handles customs clearance?
Customs processing may be handled by the applicable carrier, customs broker or national customs authority.
Questions concerning customs clearance, requested documents, customs payments or release of a shipment should generally be addressed directly with the carrier or customs authority.
-
Is CONART responsible for customs delays?
No, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Customs procedures are administered by independent governmental authorities and/or carriers and are outside CONART's direct control.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
-
What happens if I provide an incorrect address?
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If you discover an error, contact info@conartstore.com immediately.
We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not entered fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the shipment has been processed or dispatched.
-
What if the parcel has already shipped?
Once dispatched, address changes must ordinarily be requested directly from the carrier.
CONART cannot guarantee that the carrier will permit an address modification.
Any carrier fees, redirection charges, additional shipping costs or other expenses resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

-
Who should I contact about transportation damage?

If the carrier requires information or action specifically from the sender, contact info@conartstore.com with:
-
Your order number

-
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
-
What happens if I refuse delivery?

-
Refuses to accept it
-
Fails to collect it
-
Provides an incorrect address
-
Fails to cooperate with customs

If fulfillment has not commenced, we may be able to cancel the order.
Once processing, preparation or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible except where applicable law gives the buyer a mandatory cancellation right.
-
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Because many CONART products are signed, collectible, scarce, limited-edition or individually produced works, CONART generally does not offer discretionary returns or exchanges solely because a customer changes their mind, except where CONART expressly agrees otherwise. This policy does not override any mandatory right of withdrawal, cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund provided by applicable consumer law.

CONART will respect mandatory statutory withdrawal rights wherever they legally apply.
Customers wishing to exercise such a right should contact: info@conartstore.com within the legally applicable period.

-
Who pays return shipping?
